E-Commerce, and Sales Tax in the year 2018

As some have noticed, at the beginning of April, Glen’s Surplus began collecting Sales Tax for purchases made on www.glenssurplus.com for the states of Washington, and Pennsylvania.

Both States have enacted legislation that requires us to do this, and we will comply. If you are Tax Exempt in Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Washington, You will need provide proper documentation PRIOR to purchase, to qualify for Tax Exempt status in those states.
