If you have ever been to Glen's Surplus, you know that we sell ANYTHING. Sometimes, we will have items that come in multiple styles, sizes, colors, lengths, widths, quality (new or surplus)... You get the idea.

To allow customers to easily browse all these items on our website, we use product options that allow to pick the item styles you want. Sometimes we even have items with multiple product options. Any item that has different styles that you can buy will have a Product Option menu located underneath the picture (See FIG.1).

Sometimes, products can be available in different styles at a price increase or decrease. Whenever you select an option for a product that would increase or decrease the price, the product option will show the change in parenthesis (See FIG.2).

For the example item, A Vietnam Patch, the base price is $4.98, and to get the item in the ACU style variation is $1.00 more ($5.98), while the Class A variation of the item is just $4.98

Here (FIG.3), you can see that after the ACU option is selected, the page automatically updates to show you the new price based on the product option that you have selected in the Product options.

There is no need to refresh your browser window, or hunt down to make sure that you are looking at an updated price. It's an instant change, and will be shown in your shopping cart as well when you checkout.

Below is a step by step of how the product options will affect the price of the item you are viewing.
