Based on the fact that there is a FAQ here that answers most of the questions, I assume you know that the webfaq links from http://glenssurplus.com/faq.php are broken? Both in IE7 and FF3.

I just double checked the Faq.php page, and I think that the problem you are experiencing is because of your settings. The faq.php page is powered by drop down scripts that allow the page to expand and contract based on the category that you click. I have double checked using

Google Chrome
Firefox 3.0.8
I.E. 7

and the faq links do in fact drop down all categories as shown on my end.

If you could let me know what your settings are for scripting on pages, that would help me determine what the problem is.
